Senior Human Resources Advisor
We are looking for a Senior Human Resources Advisor to join our team.
This newly created role will be working closely with our senior leadership team in shaping and delivering the organisation’s HR strategy and direction, driving talent management and employee engagement, and supporting the professional development of employees across the organisation.
This position plays a vital role coordinating the development and implementation of key HR programs and initiatives to support NDLG’s operational requirements and strategic goals. The role is responsible for ensuring exceptional HR support is provided to the organisation.

Cert 1 Conservation and Ecosystem Management Traineeship
22-week temporary full-time paid traineeship completing a Certification 1 in Conservation and Ecosystem Management.
Trainees will be working in our native plant nurseries and across multiple field-based projects within the Noosa Biosphere to support the recovery and resilience of the natural environment.
The traineeship provides opportunity to gain skills and experience in plant identification, vegetation management, ecological restoration and nursery production.
