Cert 1 Conservation and Ecosystem Management Traineeship

Want to grow your knowledge and skills in natural resource management? Why not join our next Cert 1 Conservation and Ecosystem Management trainee team! 🌱🌳💚

This is a 22-week temporary full-time paid traineeship completing a Certification 1 in Conservation and Ecosystem Management.

Trainees will be working in our native plant nurseries and across multiple field-based projects within the Noosa Biosphere to support the recovery and resilience of our natural environment.

The traineeship provides opportunity to gain skills and experience in plant identification, vegetation management, ecological restoration and nursery production.

Applications can only be accepted from persons not currently working or enrolled in study. From Age 18 and over.

Traineeship program start date: 12th January 2026.
