Want to grow your knowledge and skills in natural resource management? Why not join our next Cert 1 Conservation and Ecosystem Management trainee team. This provides individuals the opportunity to gain experience and knowledge in land restoration and management, and native plant propagation. 

Other qualifications included in the traineeship:

  • First aid
  • Safety white card
  • Agricultural Chemical Distribution Certificate (ACDC)

The trainee teams are involved in multiple field-based projects within the Noosa Biosphere Reserve, supporting the recover and resilience of our local environment. 

This traineeship is designed for people currently not working or enrolled in study. From age 18 and over. This is a temporary permanent position with training provided to assist your transition to ongoing employment. Wages paid under Schedule E (National Training Wage) of the Miscellaneous Award.

Traineeship starts 15th January 2024 for 22 weeks. Applications close on the 11th December 2023.
